San Diego Padres’ Kim Ha-seong has made history in Korean baseball.

Kim went 1-for-3 with a double, a home run, a walk, and two stolen bases in four at-bats as the leadoff hitter in the Padres’ 2023 Major League Baseball home game against the San Francisco Giants at Petco Park in San Diego, California, on April 4.

With his two stolen bases, Kim became the first Korean major leaguer to reach 30 stolen bases in a season.
